Dose and Usage

For a 70-80 kg person the daily dose is about 60 g (4 full table spoons) of the formula dissolved in 250-300 ml water or milk. The daily dose can be taken at once about 1 hour before training or to be divided by half – about 1 h before training and 1 h after training.
