PRO 90 Gold is a food product – protein concentrate, especially designed for people involved in high-intensity physical workload and especially for sportsmen. This is a high-protein formula (based on milk and egg concentrates), elaborated for muscle mass gain and for increasing of muscle strength. It is manufactured from high-quality raw materials by using contemporary technology. PRO 90 Gold contains a combination of whey and egg proteins with extremely high efficiency and biological value (the Protein Efficiency Ratio by FAO/WHO is 3.30). The amino acid composition of the product is balanced to meet the specific requirements of the organism during strength physical workload.  It is especially enriched with vitamins. The product includes also lyophilized cultures of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus acidophilus, which in turn balance the microbial flora in the gastrointestinal tract. This formula is an appropriate food supplement during the preparatory period of the sportsmen, during the convalescent stage after severe diseases. It is appropriate to be used for general stimulation of the natural resistance of the organism.

Dose and Usage

Recommended use: For a 70-80 kg person the daily dose is about 60 g (4 full table spoons) of the formula dissolved in 250-300 ml water or milk. The daily dose can be taken at once about 1 hour before training or to be divided by half – about 1 h before training and 1 h after training.
