Dry mixture for fast preparation of milk-egg chocolate cream.

Nutrimix Chocolate Cream is easy to prepare and can be served as dessert or used for filling of cakes and other sweets. Based on the original recipe.

Energy value (per 100 g dry product): 1750 kJ (417 kcal).

Dose and Usage

Preparation: Pour 200 ml tepid water into a deep bowl. Add the content of the pack and whip with an electric hand mixer until the mixture is homogenized. Add 500 ml tepid water. The mixture is then poured into suitable bowl and boiled until it gets thick. The ready cream is distributed into dessert bowls and served after cooling. Various toppings can be used: cream, chocolate, fruit syrup. When added to Nutrimix Vanilla Cream the beautiful two-color blend "Day & Night" is obtained.
