Dose and Usage
How to prepare: Empty the content of the bag into a mixing bowl, add 200 ml cold water and stir until a homogenous mixture is obtained. Add 350 ml tepid water and beat with a food mixer. Burn some sugar in suitable bowls and spread the caramel in a thin layer. Then pour the mixture. Bake it in bain - marie at a moderate temperature. Caramel cream cake: Pour 200 ml cold water in a large mixing bowl and dissolve the content of the bag. Then add 200 g crumbled bread, 350 ml tepid water and whisk. Caramelize some sugar in a suitable cake pan and spread it in a thin layer. Then pour the mixture. Bake it in bain - marie. Serve after cooling and decorate according to individual taste.
